Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver concept-driven, interactive, and structured lessons in Physics for NDA/JEE and board-level students (11th & 12th).
- Design comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, remedial classes, and provide personalized mentorship.
- Track student performance through regular tests, progress reports, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain discipline and foster an engaging classroom environment conducive to effective learning.




- Collaborate with school administration and fellow faculty members for seamless academic execution.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide insights into student progress.
- Uphold high standards of academic integrity and ethical teaching practices.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification : B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in Physics or relevant field.

Experience :

- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Prior experience in competitive exam coaching (especially NDA/JEE) will be an added advantage.

Skills Required :

- Strong command over Physics concepts (11th, 12th & NDA/JEE level).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students towards academic excellence.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve competitive exam success.
