Export Sales Executive - Australian Market

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop export sales operations for the Australian market .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of export sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with warehouse, cargo bay, container yard, and tarmac teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Manage export documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the shipment process.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor dispatch, loading and unloading, shipment movement, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end export and logistics process , from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, client communications, and sales activities.
- Resolve operational or shipment-related concerns through timely coordination with relevant teams.




- Minimum One year experience in export sales, international sales, or export operations is preferred.
- Robust understanding of export procedures, documentation, and international logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and shipments while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling the Australian market .
- Knowledge of international trade and export documentation.
- Strong sales orientation with excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
