Maintain reservation systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, OTA extranets).
- Prepare reports on reservations performance, booking pace, forecasts, and trends.
- Implement strategies to maximize room sales and increase revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous handling of all reservation inquiries.
- Maintain updated room/seat inventory across all systems
- Optimize booking strategies to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue.
