Job Summary : Responsible for promoting and selling agro products, building relationships with farmers and dealers, and driving sales in assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct field visits to farmers, dealers, and distributors
- Promote agro products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.)
- Generate leads and achieve sales targets
- Build robust relationships with farmers and retailers
- Provide product guidance and basic technical support
- Collect orders and follow up on payments

Skills Required :

- Strong sales and communication skills
- Knowledge of agriculture/agro products preferred
- Field sales and target-oriented mindset
- Relationship-building ability

Qualification & Experience :

- Graduate / Agriculture background preferred
- 1-4 years experience in agro sales

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
