We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and sales-driven associate to work across Bright Star and KCS Kashmir Shawl Emporium .
This is a hybrid role combining sales, backend operations, and digital customer handling , ideal for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and enjoys both customer interaction and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support online sales and order coordination :
- Assist in backend retail operations including billing, stock tracking, and coordination
- Work on Excel sheets, reports, and basic data management :
- Support export-related coordination and documentation (as required) :
- Assist walk-in customers and contribute to overall sales
- Help with day-to-day office and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English :
- Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
- Ability to multi-task across sales, backend, and operations :
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in retail / ecommerce / office operations is a plus
