We are looking for a confident and friendly Sales Executive to manage offline sales at a physiotherapy clinic. This role involves handling walk-in patients, explaining treatment plans, coordinating with therapists, and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in patients and explain available services
- Convert enquiries into paid treatments
- Handle bookings, follow-ups, and basic customer queries
- Maintain daily records of leads and patients
- Coordinate with physiotherapists for smooth operations
- Ensure a positive and professional clinic

Who Can Apply

- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, front desk, or customer handling
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working from office
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets; CRM is a plus)
