- Make outbound calls to a targeted list of potential and existing clients.
- Engage in persuasive conversations to introduce and sell our products/services.
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using MS Excel or a CRM tool.
- Provide regular reports on call metrics, lead status, and sales performance.
- Mentor and assist junior telecallers as needed.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
