Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years in outbound B2B sales role in an international BPO environment

(Energy or Telecom preferred)

Working Hours: 4:30 AM IST - 1:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Transportation: Both side cab (within the hiring zone)

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our B2B International Sales team for the Australian market. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients in the Energy, Telecom, and Cyber Security sectors, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, connect, and engage with potential business clients in Australia.

Conduct outbound sales calls and lead conversion for B2B services.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation.

Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and service delivery





Qualifications and Skills

Education: Graduate

Experience

Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience in an international BPO.
