Key Responsibilities :
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective students and clients to promote our courses.
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed enrollments.
- Understand the course offerings and provide detailed information to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in Sheet.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements :
- Good communication skills and ability to talk confidently on the phone.
- Friendly, persuasive, and motivated to achieve daily sales targets.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections gracefully.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- No prior sales experience required - freshers are welcome to apply.
