About the Role : PCCS Logistics Private Limited is looking for an Office-Based Sales Representative (OSR) for the logistics industry. This is a fully office-based role, focusing on rate coordination, quotation management, CRM updates, and support for the field sales team. The OSR acts as a bridge between field sales, operations, and CRM teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work from the office and handle customer interactions related to pricing and services.
- Prepare, share, and revise quotations and final rates.
- Coordinate with field sales teams to provide pricing and proposals.
- Manage updates for leads, quotations, and conversion status.
- Coordinate with operations for service feasibility and commitments.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the relevant teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics / domestic logistics.
- Knowledge of pricing, rate cards, and quotation preparation.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and MS Office proficiency (Excel mandatory).
Preferred Skills :
- Prior experience in inside sales, coordination, or backend sales in logistics.
- Understanding of freight movement and domestic logistics services.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
