The candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & other social media platforms
- Planning, creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Generating leads and increasing online sales/enquiries
- Creating Reels, videos, promotional content and product videos
- Using AI tools for video creation, editing, images, captions and marketing content
- Writing captions, ad copies and promotional messages
- Managing product photography/video shoots and converting them into engaging content
- Handling online customer enquiries and WhatsApp messages
- Handling customer calls and following up with leads
- Managing online enquiries/orders and coordinating with the sales team
- Monitoring ad performance, leads, engagement and sales
- Researching competitors, trends and new digital marketing strategies
- Creating and maintaining a regular social media content calendar
- Handling other online platforms, listings and digital activities as required




- Bringing current ideas to improve our brand visibility, leads and online sales

⭐ Skills Required

- Good knowledge of Instagram & Facebook
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Good video editing skills – CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro or similar
- Knowledge of AI tools for content/video creation
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO and online advertising
- Creative mindset with an eye for trending Reels and content
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and online lead management

Someone who is not just a social media operator, but can take complete responsibility for our online marketing — from creating content and running ads to handling leads, calls and converting enquiries into sales.
