To oversee our business operations in an assigned region & responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals. Your duties also include to opening GreenSupply Centre & guiding management staff in your region.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Report update to Procurement team & Upper Management.
- Keep Reports of Local market rate of products.
- Record of crops which is going to harvest in next 3 months.
- Always Guide S.K.E
- Must visit per S.K once in a week.
- Recruiting GreenSupply Centre executive & training, as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
- Managing relation b/w Procurement, S.K.E and Farmers.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Regional manager.
- Knowledge of local areas where you are assigned.
- Must have knowledge of crops/products.
- Positive verbal skills to manage farmers.
- Aggressive to work forward.
