About the Role

Dhillon Bus Charter is looking for an organized and confident Booking & Communication Team Member to support our bus charter and transport operations. You’ll handle booking enquiries, communicate with clients and drivers, and help keep jobs accurately recorded and on schedule.

This role suits someone who communicates clearly, follows up reliably, and can manage several tasks in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to booking enquiries by phone and email.
- Gather trip details and prepare accurate booking information and quotes.
- Enter and update bookings in the company system.
- Confirm trip details, timings, passenger numbers, pickup points, and special requirements.
- Communicate changes and updates to clients, drivers, and the operations team.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and bookings.
- Coordinate with the team to help ensure buses and drivers are allocated correctly.
- Keep customer and booking records accurate and up to date.
- Provide professional, helpful service and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, administration,



or operations support.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident telephone manner and professional email communication.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and booking or office software.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and able to work morning, evening shift aligned with Australian business hours.

Preferred

- Experience handling customer enquiries and coordinating schedules.
- Familiarity with Australian clients and workplace communication.
