About the Role

We are looking for responsible, organised, proactive and versatile individuals to join The Port Land.

The role involves handling a combination of accounting, inventory management, storekeeping and day-to-day restaurant operations. The individual must be comfortable taking on different responsibilities and switching between functions based on the operational requirements of the restaurant.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, flexible, dependable and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts, financial records, bills, invoices and expense statements.
- Handle billing, cash management and daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels and coordinate purchases.
- Receive, verify and organise stock, ensuring proper storage and minimal wastage.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchases and deliveries.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service and housekeeping staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and daily responsibilities.
- Assist with administrative work, documentation and general office requirements.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.




- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Be willing to take up any of the above responsibilities as and when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality establishment is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, billing and financial documentation.
- Familiarity with inventory management, stock handling and vendor coordination.
- Good organisational, communication and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Honest, punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Flexible, approachable and willing to take initiative.
- A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn and take on responsibilities across different functions.

What We Expect We are looking for someone who is not restricted by job titles or fixed responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling accounts, managing inventory and supporting restaurant operations whenever required. At The Port Land, flexibility, accountability, teamwork and a willingness to take ownership are just as important as experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
