Roles And Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and optimize manufacturing routings, process flows, and work center data in the ERP/MRP system to ensure accurate production planning and execution.
- Conduct time studies, method studies, and process analysis to establish standard cycle times and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
- Drive cycle time reduction initiatives by eliminating bottlenecks, reducing non-value-added activities, and improving process efficiency.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and waste elimination to enhance operational performance.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify process improvement, cost reduction, and capacity enhancement opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvements, line balancing, and layout optimization projects to improve throughput and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve process issues and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, SOPs,



and work instructions, while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Processes.
- Experience in ERP/MRP routing creation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Time Study, Method Study, Work Measurement, and Line Balancing.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Understanding of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of production planning and capacity analysis.
- Familiarity with process improvement and cost reduction methodologies.
- Valuable analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and manufacturing reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and statistical process analysis.
- Experience with AutoCAD or process layout software.
- Exposure to Industry 4.0, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
