We're Hiring – MuleSoft Support Engineer (L1/L2)

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience: 6–7 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Skills Required:

- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Runtime Manager & CloudHub
- API Monitoring, Production Support & Incident Management
- REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML & DataWeave
- Splunk, ELK, PagerDuty & ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting, Log Analysis & SLA Management
- ITIL Processes, Change & Problem Management
- Postman, SQL & AWS

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and troubleshoot MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
- Manage production incidents and service requests.
- Support deployments, changes and operational activities.
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain technical documentation.
- Support rotational shifts and 24x7 operations.
