and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant TG.

Advertising Sales Manager:

We are hiring for the role of Advertising Sales Manager for FMCG, Consumer Internet, Gaming verticals. The

responsibilities would be as follows:

-Own ad revenue for assigned accounts / verticals vs monthly & quarterly targets.

-Build pipeline of media briefs win rate on pitches, proposals & RFPs.

-Drive account retention, expansion & upsell / cross-sell.

-Present Paytm Ads to CXOs, media heads, brand managers & agencies.

-Deliver campaigns to agreed client KPIs (reach, engagement, ROAS / performance).

-Recommend & adapt Paytm Ads solutions to client needs.

-Lead cross-functional initiatives for creative ad solutions.

-Feed performance & CX insights to Product for platform improvement.

Desired Qualifications:

. 7+ years of relevant experience.

. Proven experience in managing programs / categories / business verticals

.



Strong stakeholder management experience ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of

employees with different skill sets

. Ability to deep-dive into a problem very strong analytical and presentation skills required

. Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting sound judgment and flexibility in balancing

program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
