About the Role

Vizva Consultancy Services is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven individuals to join our team as UK Sales Associates.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with UK-based clients and prospects. Candidates with experience in BPO, KPO, customer service, or sales are encouraged to apply. Freshers with robust communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with UK-based clients and prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant products or services.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Collaborate with team members and management to support business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal,



negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand client requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

Experience Requirements

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in BPO, KPO, customer service, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience handling international clients will have an added advantage.
