We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for an HR Recruiter Internship who are interested in building a career in HR and recruitment. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Any Graduate (HR / Management preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Recruitment consultancy experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
