JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate application releases across multiple environments.
- Manage end-to-end release processes, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams for release readiness.
- Oversee production deployments and provide post-release support.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management processes during release cycles.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with releases and production environments.
- Monitor release performance and resolve issues in real time.
- Maintain release documentation, calendars, and reports.
- Coordinate rollback strategies and contingency plans when required.
- Drive continuous improvement in release management processes.
- Establish and enforce standards and best practices for release activities.

- 5+ years of IT experience in:
