Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an analytically strong APAC Commercial Excellence Analyst to support Veeva CRM operations, commercial data management and reporting activities across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Veeva CRM / Salesforce operations and user support.
- Handle customer/account data maintenance, territory alignment and data validation.
- Extract, clean and reconcile commercial data using SQL.
- Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Support CRM troubleshooting, UAT, system enhancements and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, IT and regional APAC stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM documentation, SOPs and data quality reports.

Required Skills:





- Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Basic to intermediate Power BI knowledge.
- Experience in CRM Operations, Data Management and Data Quality.
- Solid analytical and stakeholder management skills.

This is a one-year project-based role, and it will be on the payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd
