Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Technical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end delivery of professional services projects including planning, design, implementation, migration, and handover
- Act as the technical authority for assigned projects and customer engagements
- Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers

Wintel & Infrastructure

- Design, deploy, and support:
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- File/Print services, PKI/Certificate Services

- Virtualization platforms:

- VMware vSphere / ESXi
- Hyper-V and Failover Clustering

- Perform server upgrades, migrations, consolidations, and decommissioning
- Troubleshoot complex OS, performance, and availability issues

Networking

- Design and implement enterprise network solutions:
- LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching
- Firewall and security integrations

- Hands-on experience with vendors such as:

- Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto (or equivalent)

- Configure and troubleshoot:

- VPNs (site-to-site and remote access)
- Load balancers and network security controls

- Work closely with network teams to align infrastructure and cloud connectivity

Cloud & Hybrid Technologies

- Design and implement hybrid and cloud solutions, including:
- Microsoft Azure (core focus)
- Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, M365

- Experience with:

- IaaS (VMs, storage, networking)
- Backup, DR, and high availability in cloud




- Identity integration and hybrid AD

- Support migrations:

- On-prem to Azure
- Application and workload modernization

- Implement security best practices aligned with Microsoft and industry standards

Documentation & Customer Engagement

- Produce high-quality:
- Solution designs (HLD/LLD)
- Statements of Work (SOW)
- Implementation and handover documentation

- Conduct technical workshops, design reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business needs into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and professional services
- Strong expertise in:
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- VMware and/or Hyper-V
- Enterprise networking concepts
- Azure and hybrid cloud environments

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Automation experience (PowerShell, ARM, Terraform – desirable)

Soft Skills

- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in customer-facing environments
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Calm under pressure with a delivery-focused mindset

Certifications (Preferred)

- Microsoft:
- Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect
- Windows Server or M365 certifications

- VMware (VCP)
- Networking:

- CCNA / CCNP or equivalent

- ITIL (Foundation or higher)
