About Dalberg Advisors

Dalberg is a professional services firm that puts impact at the heart of critical decision-making.

We recognize that optimizing for social and environmental impact is a deep human science, navigating a maze of behavior, politics, technology, and culture. For over two decades, we have delivered projects that take on this complexity, while offering clarity that has enabled action. To deliver on our mission, we are structured as a social enterprise that combines agility with purpose.

We bring the nimbleness of a for-profit firm, attracting top consulting talent and working in entrepreneurial, partner-led teams that adapt quickly to our clients’ evolving challenges. This enables us to bring the rigor and discipline of top-tier consulting. At the same time, we operate with the guardrails of a for-purpose entity: our brand and intellectual property are held by an independent non-profit that ensures the Dalberg brand is only associated with optimizing for impact. This structure ensures our work remains anchored in strict impact principles. For our partners and clients, this means working with an organization that shares your commitment to impact and operates with the agility needed to navigate complex and evolving challenges.

We serve those who serve the world, and over the past 25+ years, have partnered with 1,600+ leading organizations across nearly all sectors and fields.
