Seeking 2 highly analytical and business-focused Data Analysts with strong SQL expertise and a solid understanding of banking operations, particularly within the Collateral Management domain. The ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into data-driven insights and analytical solutions and support Suncorp Migartion.

Key Responsibilities ::

Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
Analyze collateral-related data to support risk management, regulatory reporting, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
Design, build, and support ETL/data pipeline solutions to source, transform, and load data from multiple systems when required.
Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through advanced data analysis and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance standards, policies, and controls.
Support data quality and remediation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of data management practices.

- Relevant Experience : 5 to 8 years for Indepenannat level and 8 to12 years for expereinced level
- Mandatory skills : " Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning. Good understanding of ANZ banking products, processes, and collateral management concepts.



Ability to translate business requirements and business language into technical specifications, data models, SQL queries, and meaningful insights. Experience working with large and complex datasets in banking or financial services environments. Knowledge and hands-on experience in building and supporting ETL processes and data integration pipelines. Strong understanding of Data Governance principles, including data quality, metadata management, data lineage, data ownership, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and enterprise data platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities."
