Job Description – Sales Executive (Water Division)

Job Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the water treatment industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, handling dealers and distributors, managing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

- Develop and manage dealers, distributors, OEMs, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.

- Promote and sell UV water disinfection systems, UV lamps, reactors, and other water treatment products.

- Identify new customers in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, healthcare, hospitality, and wastewater treatment.

- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into orders.

- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for customer requirements and project execution.

- Monitor competitor activities,



market trends, and business opportunities.

- Maintain sales reports, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in the water treatment or water purification industry.

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, and channel sales.

- Knowledge of water treatment systems, UV disinfection, filtration equipment, pumps, STP or wastewater treatment is preferred.

- Experience handling dealers, distributors, OEMs, EPC contractors, and industrial clients.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
