The Facility Executive - Technical is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervision of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within a multiplex facility. This role ensures uninterrupted operations, equipment efficiency, safety, and compliance with statutory regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining electrical systems such as LT/MCC panels, MCBs, and transformers, as well as supervising HVAC systems to maintain temperature control and indoor air quality. The executive will also manage plumbing and water supply networks, ensuring the functionality of pumps, tanks, and drainage systems. Additionally, the role involves monitoring fire and life safety systems, conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance,



and managing vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery. The Facility Executive will implement energy and utility management strategies, ensuring compliance with safety standards and conducting regular facility inspections.
