We are seeking an Admission Counsellor to join our team at NFCI Group. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for helping students navigate their educational paths and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for handling student inquiries and providing comprehensive course counselling to prospective students. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into admissions by effectively following up with interested candidates and guiding them through the admission process. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate data and reports using our Management Information System (MIS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with students to understand their educational needs and providing tailored course recommendations.
- Converting leads into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-up strategies.




- Maintaining detailed records of student interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the admissions team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
