As a Customer Support Associate at Altruist Technologies, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide effective resolutions to their queries.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and qualified attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow company protocols and call handling scripts to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Document customer interactions accurately to maintain records and facilitate follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on unresolved queries to provide timely solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Undergraduates with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates are welcome,



including freshers who are eager to learn and grow.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English are essential for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
- The salary for this position is competitive, with freshers earning up to 17,500 INR per month and experienced candidates earning up to 18,500 INR per month.
