At eNexaHire Recruitment Consultancy, we're expanding our business development team and are looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven professional who can help us build long-term partnerships with leading corporate organisations.

Position: Business Development Manager (Recruitment Services)

Preferred Candidate Location: Kolkata (Initially Remote | Transition to Salt Lake, Kolkata Office)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

✔ Generate new recruitment business through your existing corporate network.

✔ Acquire new corporate clients and build long-term business partnerships.

✔ Develop strong relationships with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Business Decision Makers.

✔ Conduct client meetings,



business presentations, and field visits.

✔ Convert business opportunities into active recruitment mandates.

✔ Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and recruitment contracts.

✔ Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful client delivery.

⬛ We're Looking For

✔ Existing Corporate Client Portfolio (Mandatory)

✔ Proven experience in Recruitment Business Development or B2B Corporate Sales

✔ Strong client acquisition and account management skills

✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication

✔ Outstanding negotiation and presentation abilities

✔ Ability to build and maintain long-term corporate relationships

✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused professional
