We are seeking an experienced AEM Tech Lead to oversee and drive the development of creative AEM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
- Design and develop AEM solutions that are scalable and efficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure best practices in AEM development and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AEM environments.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in AEM technologies and practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in AEM development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products and integrations.
- Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and content delivery.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and build tools such as Maven.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
