You will play a key role in designing, deploying, and sustaining citizen development tools that enhance business processes across PepsiCo Foods North America TPM.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy citizen development solutions using , Power BI or Python and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to build Automation solutions and transform data
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Integrate solutions with existing systems and APIs to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure sustainability and scalability of deployed solutions through documentation and support.
- Monitor and optimize operational workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain high attention to detail and apply logical thinking to solve complex problems.
- Ability to create content like documentations, flow charts etc .
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Operations, automation, programming, and operations management.
- Working knowledge in advanced excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical reasoning
- Knowledge in programming or power BI is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
- Valuable to have Experience in any database
