**Fixed Salary:** 40,000–50,000/month
**Performance Incentives:** Up to 10,000/month (additional)
We're looking for a results-driven professional to grow StuTem Labs Robotics focused educational marketplace by acquiring students, onboarding independent mentors, building partnerships, and driving paid bookings.
**What we're looking for:**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Strong lead-generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle.
- Experience in EdTech or marketplace businesses is an advantage.
