Roles & Responsibilities –
- Commercial Control: Assist Marketing in resolving issues pertaining to customer credit management. Enforce credit control guidelines for customers and maintain credit control. Preparation of DO, DI invoicing, collection. Review and finalization of various temporary Godowns keeping in view Plant capacity utilization, imbalance in demand supply scenario, high penal charges at Rail Head etc.
- Invoicing and Billing: Resolve dealers queries within three days of receipt of query. Verification of challan with invoice and ensure proper rate.
Ensure 100% invoicing same day through DCA. Ensure timely invoicing.
- Logistics and Freight: Controlling of rake operation. Verification and processing of seconds freight / Octroi, CRM and admin bills
- MIS, Tracking and Reporting: Prepare MIS of safety cheques, email id updation, invoicing.
- Sales, Collection and Cost Control: Monitor control over cheque bouncing parties. Strictly adhering to call cycle plan, collecting orders. Proper and accurate accounting of customer collection
- Stock Management: Control shortage, damage and cut & torn, monitor demurrage and wharf age. Periodical verification of inventory and ensuring material is stacked as per ISO norms
