Role Description The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for supporting and enhancing the hospital's HR function across multiple branches.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including developing, implementing, and interpreting policies in line with local labor regulations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution related to compensation and benefits programs.
- Experience in healthcare / Retail or multi-location service organizations; proficiency with HRIS systems; robust analytical and problem-solving abilities; and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
