Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for sales in the Indian market for our SaaS Product.
- Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by proactively engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and successfully closing deals.
- This is a field-intensive role that requires frequent client visits, lead generation, and hands-on market engagement to drive sales growth.
- Independently managing deal size of INR 50 L ARR in the past
- Coordinating with Pre-sales team on getting Demos / POCs conducted.
- Proposal preparation, conducting commercial negotiations leading to closure and contracting.
- Collecting payments from customers and manage customer relationship.
- Solid communication skills with ability to sell and interact with CXO profiles of companies.

Reporting Manager: Business Head

This is a field-intensive role that requires frequent client visits.

Delhi (2 positions) & Tirupur (1 position).

Tirupur is WFH position.

CTC: Delhi (13 Fixed + 5 LPA Variable) & Tirupur (7.5 Fixed + 3 Variable).

Ideal Candidate

- Strong B2B SaaS / ERP Sales Profile with outbound and field sales exposure
- Mandatory (Experience 1):



Must have 5+ years in outbound and field sales, with the recent 3+ years in selling ERP solutions/B2B SaaS products
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have independently managed deal sizes around INR 50L ARR
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have owned the full sales cycle: lead generation, coordinating demos/POCs with pre-sales, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, closure, contracting, and payment collection
- Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have strong communication and the ability to sell to and interact with CXO profiles
- Mandatory (Skill 3): Must be proficient with CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance, and able to work independently
- Mandatory (Note 1): This is an IC role
- Mandatory (Note 2): Must be willing to perform field-intensive work involving frequent client visits
- Preferred (Domain): Must have experience selling to garment or retail industry

Experience: 5–7 years · Work from office · 5 days a week · Notice period up to 30 days
