Job Description

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center construction projects across multiple locations.
- Oversee Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) execution.
- Manage project schedule, budget, quality and risk.
- Drive Uptime Institute certifications (TCDD, TCCF & TCOS).
- Ensure compliance with EHS, ESG, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead testing, commissioning and handover of facilities to Operations.
- Manage customers, consultants, contractors and vendor ecosystem.
- Review and approve project designs, technologies and technical solutions.
- Monitor CAPEX, financial reporting and project governance.
- Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) and support technical/commercial discussions.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Construction Managers and site teams.
- Ensure adherence to Code of Business Conduct (COBC) and ethical standards.
- Support Build-to-Suit (BTS) and hyperscaler data center solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and capacity expansion/upgrade planning.
- Report project status, risks and performance metrics to CXOs and senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.




- 25+ years of experience in large-scale project delivery, construction management, MEP execution, commissioning, and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in leading complex infrastructure projects, preferably within Data Centers, Mission-Critical Facilities, Industrial, or Large EPC environments.
