Job Description
- Lead and execute end-to-end Finance & Accounts transitions with complete ownership and accountability.
- Drive transition projects across global delivery locations, ensuring seamless implementation and successful outcomes.
- Assess client processes for offshoring feasibility, process optimisation, and re-engineering opportunities.
- Partner with client stakeholders, business users, senior leadership, and internal teams to deliver transformation programmes.
- Support solutioning, implementation design, RFP responses, and new business pursuits.
- Build and strengthen transition capabilities through thought leadership and best-practice implementation.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
- 15+ years of overall qualified experience.
- Solid end-to-end transition experience within Finance & Accounts is mandatory.
- Proven experience leading large-scale business transitions in a BPO/shared services environment.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of operating models, technology enablement, pricing, and transformation frameworks.
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
