We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Testing Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, preparing test cases, executing test scenarios, identifying defects, and working closely with developers to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
- Prepare, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects.
- Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes.
- Conduct UI, usability, and compatibility testing.
- Maintain test documentation and test execution reports.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and testing activities.




- Ensure application quality before production release.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases.
- Understanding of defect life cycle and bug reporting.
- Familiarity with Jira or other defect-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Familiarity with web and mobile application testing.
- Basic understanding of automation testing concepts.
