Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle gold loan applications and customer enquiries.
- Evaluate and assess gold jewellery for loan eligibility.
- Check the purity and weight of gold ornaments.
- Process gold loan applications and verify customer documents.
- Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Ensure proper KYC verification and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of gold deposits and loan transactions.
- Achieve monthly business and customer acquisition targets.
- Follow company policies and banking regulations.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.

- Basic knowledge of gold valuation and purity testing.
