The Seed Production Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of seed production processes to ensure high-quality and high-yielding seed..

Job Responsibilities:**

- Plan, organize, and direct seed production activities, including planting, irrigation, pest management, harvesting, and conditioning.
- Supervise and train field crews and seasonal workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Monitor crop health, identify potential issues, and implement appropriate solutions to maximize yield and quality.
- Conduct regular field inspections and collect data on crop growth, development, and performance.




- Operate and maintain specialized agricultural equipment used in seed production.
- Manage inventory of seed, chemicals, and other production inputs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to implement new technologies and practices.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including planting dates, yields, and quality metrics.
- Participate in quality control activities to ensure seed meets specified standards.

Job Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in seed production, crop management, or a similar agricultural role.
- Strong understanding of agronomic principles, crop physiology, and pest/disease management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a agile o
