Job Summary

Sambodhi Retreat is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Banquet Sales & Event Sales professional to drive hotel revenue through banquet bookings, corporate events, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building corporate relationships, planning events, and promoting hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business for banquet halls, corporate events, weddings, conferences, and social functions.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and business partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
- Promote hotel facilities, banquet services, accommodation packages, and event offerings.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, conferences, and social functions.
- Handle client inquiries, conduct property visits, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Develop promotional strategies to increase hotel visibility and bookings.
- Coordinate with F&B;, Front Office, and Operations teams for successful event execution.
- Maintain client databases, follow up on leads, and prepare sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in hotel sales, banquet sales, event sales, or corporate sales.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, banquet services, and event management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotels and resorts preferred.
- Experience in corporate event planning, banquet sales, wedding bookings, and hotel promotions will be an added advantage.
- Must be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

Work Location: Sambodhi Retreat, Bodh Gaya, Bihar.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
