About the Role

Nataraj Mobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Post Sales Executive for its JCB Division.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining robust customer relationships after the sale of JCB machines, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating after-sales services and identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers after the purchase of JCB machines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer queries, concerns and complaints.
- Coordinate with the service team for machine servicing, repairs and maintenance.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts and other after-sales services.
- Maintain customer databases and regularly update customer feedback.
- Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and understand their requirements.
- Monitor pending service complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and customer retention.
- Prepare customer follow-up reports and share updates with management.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering will be an added advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile, construction equipment or a related industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of JCB machines and their operations.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Email.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Timely resolution of customer complaints.
- AMC and service business conversion.
- Effective customer follow-ups.
- Overall after-sales customer relationship management.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive salary, based on industry standards and candidate experience.
