Job Summary

As our Customer Relations Executive (Showroom Concierge), you will welcome every visitor, understand what they need and guide them to the right person or section. You will make sure every customer has a smooth, qualified and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers and visitors warmly at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the right sales team member or section
- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries about products, fabrics and availability
- Manage visitor records, appointments and follow-ups, especially for bulk and B2B buyers
- Coordinate with the sales team, accounts and warehouse for customer requests and order status




- Offer water or tea and make sure visitors are comfortable
- Keep the reception and customer waiting area clean, neat and well presented
- Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and escalate when needed
- Maintain basic records in Excel or the company system

Requirements

- Graduate preferred (any stream)
- 1-3 years of experience in front desk, reception, retail, hospitality or customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
- Good communication in Hindi and basic English
- Well-groomed, confident, courteous and customer-friendly
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, data entry)
- Ability to stay calm and professional with different types of customers

Good to Have

- Experience in a textile, fashion, garment or showroom environment
- Knowledge of CRM or billing software

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
