Job Summary :

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Elevator / Lift Industry, business development, sales, service operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage overall branch operations, including sales, service, installation, and customer relations.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales, service, and technical teams.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and developers.
- Handle key clients, negotiate business deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project execution, elevator installation, maintenance, and service activities.
- Ensure timely payment collections and manage outstanding dues.
- Prepare monthly business plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Head Office for operational, technical, and administrative requirements.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain branch profitability.

Candidate Requirements :

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in the Elevator / Lift Industry.
- Strong experience in branch management, sales, and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Robust technical and commercial knowledge of elevator sales, installation, and maintenance operations.
- Ability to independently manage branch operations and drive business growth.
- Strong industry connections and business development capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

An experienced Elevator / Lift Industry professional with established industry connections, excellent business development skills, and the ability to establish, manage, and expand branch operations.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
