One of our reputed manufacturing clients is looking for an experienced and responsible Stores In-Charge to independently manage and streamline its day-to-day stores, inventory, and material management operations at its manufacturing facility in Cherlapally, Hyderabad.

POSITION DETAILS

- Work Location: Cherlapally, Hyderabad

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily stores operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage, issue, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records and material movement documentation.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment and prevent material shortages or excess inventory.
- Handle inward and outward material transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain inventory entries and material accounting using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and other departments for smooth material flow.
- Monitor project-wise material allocation, consumption and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labelling and physical verification of materials.
- Maintain GST-related material documentation, invoices, delivery challans and e-Way Bills.




- Implement effective inventory controls and ensure accountability for all materials under custody.

CANDIDATE PROFILE – WHO SHOULD APPLY?

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Stores & Inventory Management within a manufacturing organisation.
- Candidates from Engineering, Fabrication, Industrial Manufacturing or Project-based Manufacturing backgrounds will be preferred.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime is essential.
- Good understanding of inventory accounting, stock reconciliation and material documentation.
- Familiarity with GST documentation and e-Way Bill procedures.
- Experience in project-wise material tracking and consumption management will be an advantage.
- Should possess good coordination, organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Must be honest, disciplined, responsible and capable of maintaining strong inventory controls.
