About the Job:
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Illustrator to own the visual identity of Soul & Scents, a Mumbai-based home fragrance brand. The ideal candidate should have strong illustration skills, experience in packaging and brand design, hands-on video editing, and the ability to use AI tools to create high-quality visuals at speed.

Role Details:
Position: Graphic Designer & Illustrator (AI + Video)
Industry: D2C / Home Fragrance / FMCG
Location: Borivali East, Mumbai (In office)
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Create original illustrations for fragrance notes, collections and campaigns.
- Design packaging: labels, mono cartons, gift boxes, sleeves and inserts.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors.
- Maintain the brand identity, guidelines and template library.
- Design website banners, collection banners and email creatives.
- Create Amazon listing images, A+ Content and marketplace banners.
- Edit Reels, product videos, ad videos and motion graphics.
- Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling) to create product visuals, lifestyle shots and AI videos.




- Retouch and enhance product images using AI and Photoshop.
- Design social media posts, carousels and ad creatives.
- Design catalogues, brochures, B2B presentations and print banners.

Required Skills:

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts or Visual Communication.
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a D2C, FMCG, beauty or lifestyle brand.
- Advanced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
- Video editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut.
- Hands-on with AI image and video tools (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway or similar).
- Strong illustration, typography and layout skills.
- Hands-on packaging and print production experience.
- A strong portfolio with illustration, packaging, video and AI work.
- Experience in fragrance, cosmetics or home décor is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
