Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day store operations.
- Handle inventory management, stock maintenance and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor product availability, inward and outward stock movements.
- Supervise and coordinate with store staff and sales team members.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
- Maintain proper store records, reports and documentation.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness and operational efficiency within the store.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal departments whenever required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all store activities.
