IoTivity Communications Private Limited is a rapid growing IoT company and is looking for a smart, energetic telecaller for handling inbound and outbound calls for it's customers.
Job descriptions:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers;
- Introduce products and services;
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements;
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations;
- Maintain call records;
- Conduct follow-ups;
- Update CRM / database;
- Support the sales team in converting qualified leads;
Key skills:
- Excellent Communication in English, Hindi;
- Tele-calling;
- Lead Qualification;
- Customer Handling;
- Follow-up;
- Basic MS Office;
- CRM;
Working days:
- Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
