About Kannu Ki Chai

Kannu Ki Chai is a growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand with a strong presence across multiple cities in India. We are looking for an alert, responsible, and detail-oriented Video Surveillance Executive to monitor CCTV cameras across our outlets and offices, ensure operational discipline, identify irregularities, and support the company's security and compliance requirements.

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor live CCTV footage across all Kannu Ki Chai outlets and offices through a central monitoring system.
- Ensure continuous surveillance and promptly identify suspicious activities, security risks, and operational irregularities.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, workplace discipline, and adherence to operational SOPs.
- Identify and report cash-handling discrepancies, suspected theft, unauthorized activities, and security violations.
- Monitor outlet operations, staff conduct, customer handling,



and compliance with company policies.
- Review recorded CCTV footage whenever required for investigations, complaints, or management enquiries.
- Maintain proper records of incidents, observations, and surveillance activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and incident-based surveillance reports.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Area Managers, and other concerned departments for incident verification and resolution.
- Immediately escalate critical incidents, suspicious activities, and serious violations to senior management.
- Ensure CCTV cameras and monitoring systems are operational and report technical issues for timely resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure CCTV footage is accessed or shared only with authorized personnel.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Valuable knowledge of CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems.
- Ability to identify unusual activities and operational deviations.
- Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication and incident

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
