Le Villagio Resort & Domes is a family-friendly resort in Sulthan Bathery, Wayanad, with 10 serviced apartments, 4 beautifully furnished glamping domes with private Jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a rooftop restaurant, a kids' play area and a club house. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and keep every apartment, dome and public area guest-ready.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, schedule and supervise the housekeeping and cleaning staff

- Inspect every apartment and dome before guest arrival and after cleaning

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness in rooms, domes, Jacuzzis, pool area, restaurant, club house and gardens

- Manage linen, laundry, guest amenities and cleaning supplies; keep stock records and raise orders on time

- Coordinate with the front office on room status, early check-ins and late check-outs

- Report and follow up maintenance issues (AC, plumbing, electrical, Jacuzzi, etc.) until fixed





- Handle guest requests and housekeeping complaints quickly and politely

- Plan deep cleaning, pest control and preventive care schedules

- Train current staff on cleaning standards, safety and hygiene

- Manage lost and found

Requirements:

- 2+ years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort or serviced apartments, including at least 1 year as supervisor or team leader

- Strong eye for detail and knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and hygiene standards

- Able to communicate in Malayalam and basic English (Hindi, Kannada or Tamil is a plus)

- Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, simple checklists and reports)

- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Candidates from Wayanad or nearby preferred
